Worksite Universal Life is a flexible-premium, nonparticipating universal life contract with a guaranteed minimum interest rate.

Key benefits

Money purchase design allows the employee to set aside increments of $3, $4, $5, $7, $10, and $12 per week
2.5% guaranteed interest rate
Minimum $5,000 or face amount equivalent to a minimum $3 per week, whichever is higher
Maximum $150,000 limit to issue face amount; $250,000 including all “add-a-buck” increases
Children or grandchildren face amount supported by $3 or $3.50 weekly premium (Individual child policy not available if the Children’s Term Rider is selected)
