- Hospital care costs above the Medicare reimbursement rate
- Skilled nursing care for days 21 through 100
- The Part B calendar year deductible
- Physician services and supplies
- Emergency care in a foreign country
- Up to 7 visits a week for at-home recovery
The policy automatically adjusts to cover increased Medicare deductibles and copayments each year. There is no waiting period for pre-existing conditions. Rates are guaranteed not to increase for the first full year. The policy cannot be cancelled as long as the premiums are paid on time.
